根据某型号飞机铝合金、钛合金及叠层机身部件的结构特点和制孔工艺需求，基于西门子Simotion开发出了一套机器人制孔执行器。详细分析和设计了制孔执行器系统的总体框架、硬件模块、软件模块及HMI界面模块。现场应用证明，该制孔执行器操作方便、性能稳定，可提高飞机部件装配中的制孔质量和效率。%A set of robot drilling executer is de-veloped based on Siemens Simotion system, according to the characteristics and drilling requirement of the titanium alloy, aluminum alloy and laminated composites compo-nent of the aircrafts. The whole framework, hardware mod-ule, software module and interface module are designed and analyzed in details. The tests on-site indicate that the drilling executer is stable and easy to use, and it improves the drilling quality and efifciency of the assembly for air-craft component.
