超薄铝合金钣金零件成形技术探讨

         

摘要

The ultra-thin aluminum alloy sheet metal material which has a thickness of 0.5-0.6 mil-limeters is widely used in airframe skin components of an aircraft. As for the existing problem of ultra-thin material skin components, such as high dififculty in forming, large deformation in heat treatment, poor assembly quality in riveting and easy deformation in handling, this paper gives some suggestions and solutions from the aspects of mate-rial forming process and quality control during the devel-opment of this type of aircraft.%某型飞机机体结构蒙皮零件大量采用厚度为δ0.5~0.6mm的超薄铝合金材料。本文从该机型研制到批生产,对蒙皮构件超薄材料的成形加工、材料的热处理、铆接装配、材料及零件的搬运等方面存在的问题,从材料的成形工艺技术和质量控制等方面提出一些探讨性的建议和措施。
