复合材料干涉连接钉载分配研究

         

摘要

复合材料在飞机机体主承力结构中的使用越来越广泛,间隙连接使复合材料许用应变值难以发挥,影响了接头效率,为此提出采用用于复合材料结构的干涉连接紧固系统,以使孔周应力状态和应力集中系数得以改善,提高连接接头的钉载分配能力和结构抗载能力.%The joint efficiency of gap joining of composite material structure is influenced because the permissible strain of composite material can not display completely, although composite material has been widely used in the key structure of aircraft. As a result, the interference joining fastening system is used in composite structures in order to improve the state of stress ,the stress concentration factor at the round of hole. The pin load distribution and load-carrying ability of composite material structure are raised by using the interference joining fastening system.
