With the development of aero-engines’ thrust weight ratio,physical design need more stability. Gear accuracy has an important influence on work stability and work load. After preliminary calculation,impulsive load that 6-5-5 gear engaging-in and engaging-out enabled the normal load of gear surface increase over 30%. Gear surface roughness is an important influence factor for design of gear. which effect the contact strength and glue strength. Gear surface roughness increased from Ra0.8 to Ra0.4,contact strength increased 5.7%~6%,glue strength increased 10%~11%.%随着航空发动机推重比的提高,结构设计需要具有更高的平稳性。齿轮精度对齿轮工作平稳性、齿轮工作载荷存在较大的影响,初步计算6-5-5级齿轮啮入、啮出冲击载荷使齿面法向载荷瞬时增大30%以上;齿面粗糙度也是齿轮设计的重要影响因素,其对齿轮的接触强度和胶合强度影响较为明显,齿面粗糙度由Ra0.8提高到Ra0.4,接触强度可提高5.7%~6%,胶合强度可提高10%~11%。
