为对直升机重要改装设计的认证程序进行深入研究，以电力作业直升机AS350B3为例，对其挂架进行了改装设计和性能分析，提出适航审定基础，确定挂架满足适航法规要求的符合性验证方法，给出改装设计批准书（MDA）的审定流程，为电力作业直升机重要改装设计的适航审定提供理论依据。%For further study of certiifcation program of helicopter modiifcation design, taken the power operation helicopter AS350B3 for example, designed and analyzed the pylon modification, put forward airworthiness approval basis, presented the rack that could satisfy the requirement of airworthiness regulations compliance veriifcation method, given the approval process of MDA, provides theoretical basis of important modiifcation design for power operation helicopter.
