面向航空产品的装配工艺规划技术研究

         

摘要

装配工艺规划是影响航空产品装配质量和成本的重要因素。本文以航空产品装配中存在零件、工装多、装配工序复杂、精度要求高等问题为背景,研究数字化装配工艺规划中的装配信息建模;工艺组件划分与定义,包含工装、夹具、专用工具的装配顺序规划;基于VMap的装配路径规划;面向可达可拆卸的装配路径生成等关键技术。开发数字化装配工艺规划系统,并以某型飞机部件为实例进行验证。%Assembly process planning is an important factor affecting the aviation product assembly quality and cost. Development of digital assembly process planning system And to a certain type of aircraft parts as an example to validate.
