混杂复合材料层压板的机械连接性能分析

         

摘要

A three-dimensional single lap joint analytical model was developed. The composite laminate connected with titanium alloy plate by bolted joints. The Continuum shell and General contact were used to simulating composite laminates and mechanically fastened joints. The numerical results show that the present model can predict the failure mode and failure load very well. Fabric ply stacking sequence and direction were adjusted for comparing performance difference by using such model.%建立三维实体混杂复合材料层压板与钛合金板单搭接的连接分析模型,使用ABAQUS有限元软件中的连续壳单元(Continuum Shell)和通用接触(General Contact)算法对层压板和紧固件连接进行模拟。理论计算的失效模式和破坏载荷与试验结果吻合较好,在此基础上调整织物铺层顺序和方向,对比分析其性能差异。
