A method of projector calibration for 3D object measurement system is presented in this paper. In this method,the gray code patterns are projected on a series of scenes to be measured by the projec-tor,shot and then decoded by two cameras meantime.Under the triangle criterion,3D corner positions of these patterns are computed,using which the projector's calibration parameters are resolved with the typ-ical camera calibration method.As this process doesn't rely on a specified calibration plane or target, the projector calibration can be finished during the measurements and the projector parameters can be fur -ther updated after the pre-calibration.The experiment results prove the validness of the method.%提出双目结构光三维测量系统中投影装置参数标定的一种改进方法.利用投影装置将格雷码图案投向若干待测场景,两个相机拍摄和解码同样数量的待测场景照片,采用三角形准则恢复标定角点在空间中的位置,仿照相机标定解算的方法获得投影装置标定参数.该方法优势在于不需要特定的标定平面或者标定靶标,可在测量过程中直接对投影装置标定,也可在预标定之后在测量过程中对投影装置参数进行更新.试验验证方法的正确性和有效性.
