E- lectronic warfare is the primary measure to take and keep the command of the electromagnetism. So it is high time for researching on cyberspace and electronic warfare to improve electronic warfare capabilities in cyberspace. The Cyberspace, Cyberspace operations and the characteristics of Cyberspaee are analyzed in detail firstly, and then the difference and relationships between Cyberspace and electronic warfare are discussed. Finally, the electronic warfare's targets in Cyberspace are primarily discussed.
