针对导弹中的复合材料舱段钻削加工的实际生产难题，建立了复合材料钻削加工的数学模型，并在切削参数、切削刀具及加工方法等方面提出了一系列提高复合材料钻削精度和效率的工艺方法，解决了复合材料钻削加工难题。%This paper aims at the actual production difficulty in composite materials missile compartment. The mathematical model of drilling process is established, and a series of process method on the cutting parameters, cutting tool and machining methods is put forward to improve the drilling accuracy and efficiency and solve the difficulty in composite materials drilling processing.
