小麦秸秆是一种宝贵的生物质资源。皖北地区小麦秸秆每年生产量巨大，具有十分广阔的综合利用前景。为了加快推进秸秆综合利用，消除资源浪费和环境污染，提高农村生态环境的质量，文章客观地分析了皖北地区小麦秸秆禁烧和综合利用的成功经验和存在问题，并提出促进秸秆综合利用的策略。%Wheat straw is a kind of precious biomass resources,huge wheat straw annual products in the North Anhui County,has a very wide prospect of comprehensive utilization. In order to accelerate the comprehensive utilization of straw,eliminate the waste of resource and environmental pollution,and improve the quality of the rural ecological environment,this paper bases on objectively analyzes the successful experiences of Wheat stalk’s banning on burning and comprehensive utilization,and existing problems in the North Anhui County, to put forward strategies to promote the comprehensive utilization of wheat straw.
