当前原子荧光光谱法所用的硼氢化钠溶液浓度对准确测定食品中锡含量有较大影响,为提高该方法的准确度,本实验根据GB 5009.16-2014标准,在仪器条件、溶液酸度不变的情况下,改变硼氢化钠溶液浓度,探讨测定食品中锡含量最佳的硼氢化钠浓度.实验结果表明,当硼氢化钠溶液浓度在0.70%~1.0%时,锡标准曲线不成线性;浓度在1.5%~6.0%,锡标准曲线拟合较好,当硼氢化钠溶液浓度为4%时相关系数最佳,达到0.9997,此外加标实验发现在硼氢化钠溶液为4.0%时,回收率符合相关标准要求.%The concentration of sodium borohydride solution has a great effect on the determination of tin in food by AFS.In order to improve the accuracy of the method,according to GB 5009.16-2014 standard,the concentration of sodium borohydride solution was optimized under fixed other experimental conditions,i.e.the instrumental conditions and acidity of the solution.The results showed that the standard curve of tin solution in the range of 1.5%-6.0% was linear,with optimal correlation coefficient (R2 =0.9997) when the concentration of sodium borohydride solution was 4%.However,the standard curve of tin ranged from 0.70% to 1.0% with bad linearity.In addition,the spiked recovery of the method with 4% sodium borohydride solution was complied with the relevant standards requirements.
