A method of determination of Mo ,Cr ,Sn ,Zr ,Cu and B in TB6 titanium alloy by inductive-ly coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES ) was established. The sample was decomposed with hydrochloric ,hydrofucoric and nitric acid ,the interference from main co-existing elements were stud-ied to choose the analytical lines. The experiment of selection of analysis lines were :Mo 202.031 nm , Cr267.716 nm ,Sn 189.927 nm ,Zr 343.823 nm ,Cu 324.754 nm ,B 249.772 nm. The matrix effect was corrected by matrix matching .The determination results are in good agreement with standard reference materials .The recovery rate is from 90 to 106% ,the RSD is less than 2%.%本文介绍了用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)法测定 TB6钛合金中杂质元素Mo、Cr、Sn、Zr、Cu和B的方法。样品采用盐酸、氢氟酸和硝酸溶解,考察了钛合金基体和共存元素对待测元素的影响,确定了各待测元素谱线分别为:Mo 202.031 nm、Cr 267.716 nm、Sn 189.927 nm、Zr 343.823 nm、Cu 324.754 nm、Si 251.611 nm、B 249.772 nm。选定的待测元素分析线不受合金基体和共存元素的谱线干扰。通过基体匹配消除基体的影响。选择了仪器工作参数,进行了标准物质对照试验,试验结果与标准值相符。进行了加入回收试验,回收率在90%~106%之间,相对标准偏差小于2%。
