二极管阵列检测器（DAD）是药物分析实验室常用的高效液相色谱检测器。该型监测器除了具备紫外可见光检测器所有的功能之外，还可以在线获取色谱峰的紫外可见光吸收谱图，并据此提供峰纯度分析功能。本文从评估峰纯度的原理入手，结合安捷伦色谱工作站和实际色谱实验，详细说明峰纯度分析的2种方法和显示形式，讨论应用峰纯度分析注意事项。%Diode array detector (DAD) is a common part of high performance liquid chromatography in the pharmaceutical analysis labs. In addition to being a fully functional ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) detec-tor ,DAD is also capable of recording the UV-Vis spectrum simultaneously analyzing peak purity. In this paper ,we detailedly elucidated two methods and display modes of peak purity analysis based on the evalua-tion of the principle of peak purity analysis. Besides ,the precautions of applying peak purity analysis were discussed combining with practical experiences of using Agilent HPLC workstation.
