In order to solve the problem of the heavy erosion for the converter lining in smelting molten SPHC steel with high percent, such measures as substituting lightly sintered magnesia pellets for dolomite, optimizing the slag-making schedule and oxygen-supplying schedule for converter, suitably controlling the adding amount of lightly sintered magnesia pellets and the adding time during steelmaking were taken. And as a result the flux consumption was reduced by 31.2 kg/t steel, the iron and steel charge consumption was reduced by 4.99 kg/t while the erosion situation for the converter lining was effectively controlled.%为了解决SPHC生产比例高时转炉炉衬侵蚀严重的问题,使用了轻烧氧化镁球代替白云石,优化了转炉造渣制度和供氧制度,合理控制轻烧氧化镁球在冶炼过程中的加入量以及加入时机,结果熔剂消耗降低了31.2 kg/t钢,钢铁料消耗降低了4.99 kg/t,炉衬侵蚀情况得到了有效控制。
