攀钢钒一期高炉煤气全干式除尘技术应用与实践

         

摘要

The full dry-type dust removal process principle, main equipment and key technology used by Pangang Vanadium Steel Company at first phase of the BF project are introduced. The problems occurred during the operation of the dedusting equipment are analyzed. Based on the analytical results the problems on blocking the crude gas pipe of BF and corroding the gas fittings are reduced by taking such measures as measuring the content of water in BF gas and the content of Zn in flue dust, optimizing the operation mode of the dedusting cylinder and dedusting model by reverse blowing and further more the service period of dry-type dedusting bag is prolonged and the dedusting system for BF gas at the first phase of the project is in smooth operation.%介绍了攀钢钒一期高炉煤气全干式除尘工艺原理、主要设备及关键技术,同时对运行过程中存在的问题进行了分析,通过采取检测高炉荒煤气含水量和瓦斯灰Zn含量、优化除尘筒体运行方式和反吹清灰模型等措施,有效减轻了高炉荒煤气管道堵塞和煤气设备腐蚀问题,延长了干式除尘布袋使用周期,确保一期高炉煤气除尘的稳定运行。
