某三甲医院护士应对方式与焦虑抑郁症状的相关性及影响因素分析

         

摘要

Objective To explore the correlation between coping style and anxiety (or depression)in nurses,and to identify the influ-ence factors of coping style.Methods The nurses,who were working at the 1st Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University ,were random-ly invited to answer questionnaires anonymously .Apart from individual characteristics , the questionnaires included self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ).Results The incidence rate of anxiety and depression was 51.08% and 48.05%, respectively.In the nurses without anxiety or depression symptom , the averaged active coping style scores(ACS)were significantly higher than those in the general population ,and the averaged passive coping style scores (PCS)were signifi-cantly lower.In the step by step linear regression against coping strategies ,higher ACS scores were frequently found in the nurses with lower SDS scores,lower working burden and born in village ,while higher PCS scores were in the nurses with higher SAS scores ,serious adding beds and higher technical title.Conclusion Coping style is different in nurses with and without anxiety or depression symptoms .The SAS,SDS, citizen,working burden ,extent of adding beds and technical title are significant factors against coping styles .%目的:探讨三甲医院护士应对方式与焦虑抑郁症状的相关性以及影响因素。方法随机抽取安徽医科大学第一附属医院的在职护士(n=256),以匿名的方式填写调查问卷。除相关信息外,调查问卷还包括焦虑、抑郁自评量表和简易应对方式问卷。结果护士焦虑和抑郁症状检出率分别为51.08%和48.05%。无焦虑抑郁症状者的积极维度均分显著高于常模,且消极维度均分明显低于常模,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);而有焦虑抑郁症状者的积极和消极维度均分与常模的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。分别以积极应对方式、消极应对方式评分为应变量的逐步回归模型中,低抑郁评分、出身农村、低工作强度者的积极应对评分较高;而高焦虑评分、加床严重和职称高者的消极应对评分较高。结论有、无焦虑抑郁症状护士的应对方式有明显差异,焦虑和抑郁评分、出身城市、工作强度、加床程度和职称是应对方式的重要影响因素。
