系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种具有高度变异性病程和预后的系统性自身免疫性疾病.SLE的管理对于临床医生来说仍是挑战,关于该病的临床及治疗等仍有待澄清.该文意在将近一年有关SLE临床方面的文献进行概述总结.%Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) is a systemic autoimmune disease with a highly variable course and prognosis. The man-agement of the disease is still a clinical challenge for the treating physicians,and the disease clinical manifestations and therapy remain to be elucidated. In this paper,the recent literature of SLE clinical manifestations and therapy are reviewed.
