Objective To investigate the care experience of the family members of pregnant women with gestational diabetes at different stages of the disease using “Timing It Tight”framework.Methods A qualitative study of phenomenological method was used,to take semi-structured in-depth interviews with 28 caregivers of pregnant women with gestational diabetes,and data analysis was made by Co-laizzi analysis.Results According to the timing theory,five topics about the care experience of family members of pregnant women with gestational diabetes were extracted:(1)diagnosis period:anxiety and remorse;(2)treatment period:lack of knowledge;(3)discharge planning period:helplessness;(4)adjustment period:active cooperation;(5)postpartum observation period:different attitudes of respon-ding.Conclusions Care experience of family members of pregnant women with gestational diabetes is dynamic at different stages of the disease.Medical staffs should develop targeted,personalized and effective intervention,so that the pregnant women could cope properly with the help of their families,thereby to improve the quality of life.%目的：以时机理论为框架，探讨妊娠糖尿病孕妇家属在疾病不同阶段的照护体验。方法采用质性研究中现象学方法，对28名妊娠糖尿病孕妇家属采取半结构式深入访谈并用 Colaizzi 分析法进行资料分析提炼主题。结果按时机理论，提炼出5个关于妊娠糖尿病孕妇家属照护体验的主题，分别为：（1）诊断期：焦虑与自责；（2）治疗期：相关知识缺乏；（3）出院准备期：失助感；（4）调整期：积极配合；（5）产后观察期：应对态度不同。结论妊娠糖尿病孕妇家属在疾病不同阶段的照护体验是动态变化的，医护人员应为其制订针对性、个性化的有效干预，通过家属帮助孕妇正确应对，从而提高妊娠糖尿病孕妇生活质量。
