目的：高效快速地检测荔枝果皮中根皮苷含量。方法新鲜荔枝果皮阴干，用70％乙醇溶液以超声波浸提法提取，经过D101大孔树脂吸附层析、C18小柱固相萃取分离后，采用高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术（ HPLC-MS）检测提取液中根皮苷含量。结果通过与根皮苷标准品对照，高效液相色谱-质谱在提取液中检测到根皮苷。结论采用70％乙醇溶液超声波浸提法可成功从荔枝果皮中提取到根皮苷，用高效液相色谱-质谱可高效快速地检测出其中含量。%Objective To detect the content of phloridzin in litchi peel efficiently and quickly .Methods Fresh litchi peel was air-dried,extracted with 70% ethanol solvent in ultrasonic wave .The extract was then purified with D101 macroporous resin adsorption chromatography ,C18 solid phase extraction .And the component after purifying was identified by high performance liquid chromatograph -mass spectrography ( HPLC-MS) .Results Compared with the HPLC-MS curves of phloridzin standard ,the same curves were detected by HPLC-MS in the litchi peel extract .Conclusions Litchi peel contains phloridzin ,which can be successfully extracted with 70%ethanol solvent diffusion in ultrasonic wave .And the content can be detected by high performance liquid chromatograph -mass spectro-graphy(HPLC-MS) efficiently and quickly.
