Objective To investigate the value of digital tomosynthesis( DTS ) in bone fracture treated by reposition and fixation. Methods 40 patients with bone fracture treated by reposition and fixation underwent digital radiography( DR ) and DTS. The quality of films was classed as three grades: grade I was excellent, grade Ⅱ was moderate and grade Ⅲ was bad. The quality of films was compared between two groups. Results The rate of grade I was 57. 5% in DR and 85% in DTS,respectively. Grade Ⅲ was seen in three cases in DR,but none in DTS. The difference was obvious in quality of films between two groups. Conclusion Digital tomosynthesis has significantly improved the quality of films and the discovery of fracture line in bone fracture treated by reposition and fixation.%目的 探讨X线数字断层融合技术(DTS)在骨折复位固定后的应用价值.方法 40例骨折复位固定后患者,行DR和DTS检查,比较两种方法 的图像质量.结果 DR的优秀率为57.5%,3例为差;DTS的优秀率为85%,无差.两组间差异显著.结论 数字断层融合技术可明显改善骨折复位固定后图像质量和骨折的显示.
