Now it's considered the cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor agent has a treatment in chemical liver fibrosis,while it aggravates immune liver fibrosis . This paper reviews the effects of cyclooxygenase -2 on hepatic fibrosis to provide a new way or target for liver fibrosis.
