目的 测定壮腰健肾丸、三肾丸、金匮肾气丸3种中成药中铝的含量,并探讨导致3种中成药含铝元素的原因.方法 随机抽取5个不同厂家生产的壮腰健肾丸、三肾丸、金匮肾气丸各1份,采用722S型分光光度计分别测定3种中成药的铝含量,并进行线性回归分析.结果 三肾丸铝含量为(17.2±0.6)μg·g-1,高于壮腰健肾丸的(8.6±0.5)μg·g-1及金匮肾气丸的(5.2±0.6)μg·g-1.结论 3种补肾中成药铝含量不同,可能与中成药成分、产地环境、生产或炮制工艺相关,为减轻不良反应临床应合理选择药物.%Objective To determine aluminum of Zhuangyao jianshen pill ,Sanshen pill and Jinkui shenqi pill ,and to explore the reasons for containing aluminum. Methods We randomly selected Zhuangyao jianshen pill ,Sanshen pill and Jinkui shenqi pill from 5 different manufacturers ,used 722S spectrophotometer to determine aluminum of the three kinds of proprietary Chinese medicines ,and made linear regression analysis. Results Aluminum in Sanshen pill was ( 17. 2 ±0. 6)μg·g-1 ,higher than in Zhuangyao jianshen pill (8. 6 ±0. 5) μg·g-1 and J Jinkui shenqi pill (5.2 ±0. 6) μg·g-1 . Conclusion Aluminum in three kinds of proprietary Chinese medicines are different , which may be related with the ingredients , origin, environment, production or concocted process. There should be a reasonable choice of drugs to reduce clinical adverse reactions .
