Objective To establish an HPLC method for dissolution of metronidazole tablets. Methods Waters Sunfire CI8 column( 4. 6 mm x 150 mm,5 μm )was used with a mobile phase composed of methanol-water( 20=80 )at the flow rate of 1. 0 ml · Min-1. The detection wavelength was 320 nm and the temperature of the column was 30℃. Results The calibration curve of Metronidazole was linear in the range of 0.05 ~0. 90 g · L-1( r = 1. 0 ). The average recovery was 100. 2% with an RSD of 0. 39% ( n = 9 ). Conclusion This method is accurate, reliable and can be used for the dissolution of metronidazole tablets.%目的 建立甲硝唑片溶出度的高效液相测定方法.方法 色谱柱为Waters Sunfire CI8 柱 (4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-水 (20:80),流速为 1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长为 320 nm,柱温为 30℃.结果 甲硝唑在 0.05～0.90 g·L-1浓度范围内呈良好线性关系 (r=1.0),平均回收率为 100.2%(n=9),RSD为 0.39%.结论 该方法准确、可靠,可用于甲硝唑片的溶出度测定.
