Objective To research the ceftriaxone treatment on the efficacy of catheter-related bacteremia. Methods 23 end-stage renal disease hemodialysis patients were selected with catheter-related bacteremia. After both routine catheter and peripheral venous blood were cultured,ceftriaxone + heparin + saline( ceftiaxone 50 g · L-4 ,heparin 25 g · L-4 were used to seal the tube and intravenous ceftriaxone systemic anti-infective therapy were uesd. Results The cure rate of Ceftriaxone treatment of catheter-related bacteremia was 78% ( 18/ 23 patients ). Conclusion Ceftriaxone treatment of catheter-related bacteremia was with high cure rate, And can be used as empirical therapy.%目的 研究头孢曲松对导管相关性菌血症(CRB)疗效.方法 入选终末期肾脏病(ESRD)血液透析患者23例,均诊断为CRB,常规行导管血培养和外周静脉血培养后,予头孢曲松+肝素钠+生理盐水(配成头孢曲松浓度50 g·L-1、肝素25 g·L-1)封管并静脉应用头孢曲松全身抗感染治疗.结果 头孢曲松治疗CRB治愈率78%(18/23).结论 头孢曲松治疗CRB治愈率高,可作为经验性用药.
