破骨细胞分化因子及信号转导通路与中医药对其分化的干预抑制作用

         

摘要

Osteoclasts,which originate from the hematopoietic stem cell population and develop through the fusion of mononuclear myeloid precursors, are specialised for bone resorption. Complicated multistage regulations are required through the process of the osteoclastogene-sis and differentiation. RANK-RANKL-OPG signaling axis plays a vital role in this period. Some cytokines influence osteoclast formation by regulating expression of RANKL and OPG, in which some principal signal pathways are involved. TCM has made great difference in intervening and inhibiting the activity of osteoclasts and regulating the process of its maturation and differentiation. It is TCM that merits devotional research. This review gives major concern on the cytokines of osteoclast and their path of signal transduction and the inhibition effect of the traditional chinese medicine and pharmacy.%破骨细胞(osteoclast,OC)源于造血干细胞的单核-巨噬细胞前体分支,是完成骨吸收的主要细胞.其分化成熟过程是一个复杂的多级调控过程.OPG/RANK/RANKL系统在破骨细胞分化成熟过程中起着枢纽作用,一些细胞因子通过调节RANKL和OPG表达影响OC分化增殖.几条关键信号转导通路参与这一过程.中医药在干预抑制破骨细胞活性及调控其分化成熟过程方面有一定的优势.祖国医学在此方面发挥了很大作用,中医药治疗有着重要研究价值.该文就影响破骨细胞分化成熟因子及其信号转导通路和中医药对其的干预抑制作用做一综述.
