目的 建立补阳还五苷酮胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定方法 .方法 高效液相色谱法,Shim-Pack VP-ODS(250 mm×4.6mm)色谱柱,流动相:以乙腈-0.2%磷酸(15:85),流速1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长:230 nm;柱温:25℃.结果 芍药甙与其他组分基线分离良好,在所试浓度3.86～163.00 mg·L-1范围内与峰面积值呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=17 686X-10 943,相关系数r=0.999 9(n=6);平均回收率为99.17%,RSD为0.86%(n=6).结论 该法样品处理简单,准确性高,精密度好,可用于补阳还五苷酮胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定.%Objective To establish the determination of paeoniflorin in buyang huanwu gantong capsules. Methods The determination of paeoniflorin was carried out by RP-HPLC with Shim-Pack VP-ODS(250 mm ×4. 6 mm) column, actonitrile-0. 2% phosphoric acid solution as a mobile phase,detection wavelength at 230 run,flow rate at 1.0 ml · min-1. Results Under the chromatographic conditions used, there were no interferences found in the position of paeoniflorin peak. The method had good linear responses (r = 0.999 9,n =6) in the concentration range from 3. 86 to 163.00 mg · L-1. The average recovery of paeoniflorin in buyang huanwu gantong capsules was 99. 17% with the relative standard deviation of 0. 86% (n =6). Conclusion The method is accurate,simple,specific, which can be used for determination of paeoniflorin in buyang huanwu gantong capsules.
