Aim To explore the effect of individual nutrition support by tube feeding method for severe craniocerebral injured patients.Methods 40 severe craniocerebral injured patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,the control group patients were nasally fed with Nutrison Fibre, and the experimental group patients were nasally fed with individual homogenized meals.Results Patients in both groups had effective nutritional support( P ＜ 0.05 ), without statistical significance between two groups( P ＞0.05 ), but the experimental group patients had less complications( abdominal distension, diarrhea or constipation, hyperglycemia )than control group patients. The difference was significant( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conculusion Individual tube feeding method can improve nutrition,reduce the incidence of complications and low cost,which is worth advocating and promoting.%目的 探索重度颅脑损伤患者个性化管饲营养的效果.方法 将40例重度颅脑损伤患者随机分为对照组与实验组,对照组常规鼻饲能全力,实验组鼻饲个性化匀浆膳食.结果 两组病人均得到有效的营养支持(P＜0.05),组间差异无显著性(P＞0.05),而实验组患者并发症(如腹胀、腹泻或便秘、高血糖)的发生低于对照组,差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 个性化管饲能有效提高营养支持,相对降低并发症的发生,且费用低,值得提倡并推广.
