目的 探讨开放前列腺术后出现尿瘘原因,为其预防提供理论依据.方法回顾分析764例前列腺开放术后出现尿瘘42例患者的临床资料,并采用SPSS11.5软件进行多因素非条件Logistic回归模式分析开放前列腺术后出现尿瘘的相关危险因素.结果多因素非条件Logistic回归分析结果表明:膀胱痉挛缝线断裂,尿路感染,患有糖尿病,术前引流尿管不合适是前列腺开放手术发生尿瘘发生的危险因素.结论膀胱痉挛缝线断裂,尿路感染,患有糖尿病,术前引流尿管不合适是前列腺开放手术术发生尿瘘发生的危险因素.%Aim To investigate the urinary fistula after prostatectomy,provide a theoretical basis for its prevention.Methods Retro-spective analysis was made of clinical data of 42 patients of 764 cases with prostatectomy,and risk factors related to urinary fistula were analyzed with multiple factor non-conditional logistic regression by SPSS 11.5.Results Multiple unconditional logistic regression analy-sis showed that urinary fistula had such risk factors as:bladder spasm suture fracture,urinary tract infection,diabetes,and unsuitable pre-operative prostate drainage catheter.Conclusion Bladder spasm suture fracture,urinary tract infection,diabetes,and unsuitable preoper-ative prostate drainage catheter are risk factors for urinary fistula.
