金纳米线管中缺陷演化的分子动力学模拟研究

         

摘要

Because the surfaces can absorb the defects induced by radiation damage,it is proposed that materials with a large surface-to-volume ratio such as nanoporous materials should have higher radiation resistance than bulk materials[1].Our previous work which implemented molecular dynamics simulation to investigate various kinds of defects induced by displacement cascade in gold nanowires reveals that point defects,stacking-faults and craters may be formed by ion bombardment[2].
