Electron emission induced by interaction of charged particles and solid surfaces is of substantial interest in both fundamental research and technological applications[1−3].It has been discussed extensively in the literature since its discovery in 1902.Most studies concentrate on yield,energy or angular distribution of the emitted electrons.By contrast,the momentum distribution is more demanding experimentally since it carries the dynamical information of the interaction process.
