在宽范围电压输入下,LLC谐振变换器为了获得高的电压增益,往往造成大量的原边导通损耗.提出了一种定频移相控制LLC谐振变换器的数字充电设计方案.在对其拓扑结构原理分析的基础上,完成对主电路参数和变压器的设计.基于DSP芯片TMS320F28033作为控制核心,分析了该方案软件实现过程.最后设计了一台350 V~500 V输入,200 V/5 A输出的样机,通过仿真和实验结果验证了设计的可行性,证明了该设计具有较小的原边导通损耗且在全负载范围内工作效率达到92%以上.%LLC resonant converter often leads to a larger number of primary side conduction loss ,in order to obtain high voltage gain over a wide range of inputs. This article proposed that a design scheme of digital charge for LLC resonant converter with constant frequency and phase-shifting control. It carry out with the specificity analysis and optimized design parameter of the LLC resonant converter. The LLC resonant converter is based on the DSP chip TMS320F28033 as the control core, and the paper analyzes the software implementation process of the scheme. Finally, a prototype of 350 V~500 V input and 200 V/5 A is designed, and the feasibility of the design is verified by simulation and experiment, it is proved that the design has a smaller primary conduction loss and the work efficiency is over 92% in the full load range.
