This paper first proposed certficateless threshold partially blind signature scheme with certificateless signature, partially blind signatures and secret sharing. So this signature didn' t have disadvantage of the key trusteeship, owned the advantage of partially blind signature and avoided abusing the right. Thenit proved and analysised the security and capability. Analysis shows that the proposed scheme is secure and effective.
