Recently, Wang Hui-ge,et al. Proposed a certificateless signcryption scheme( W-CL-SC) ,but it did not achieve anti-key escrow property due to the irrational public key. This paper presented an improved certificateless signcryption scheme. It introduced a stronger adversary model,and proved that the new scheme could achieve anti-key escrow, IND-CCA2 and EUF-CMA securities.
