This paper briefly introduces the design rules and DBMS platformof the transportation and vendition management system of China Natural Gas & Petroleum Group Company Detergent Chemical Complex of Fushun Petrochemical Company. The overall structure and the technological difficulty of the system are discussed.%简要介绍了中国石油天然气公司抚顺公司洗涤剂化工厂运销管理系统的设计原则、系统DBMS平台选型，并给出了系统的总体结构，以及研制过程中的技术难点。
