Alzheimer’s disease is a neurodegenerative disease ,and it’s main pathological characteristics is senile plaques and tangles .Caenorhabditis elegans as a model organism are increasingly applied in the studies of Alzheimer ’ s disease , with the advantages of simple neural system , clear genetic background , short growth cycle ,easy observation of phenotype and so on .This paper reviews hypothesis of pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease,features of the C.elegans AD model,the research progress of the AD model of the Caenorhabditis elegans,and the research progress of C.elegans AD model that is applied to AD treatment and pathological study .%阿尔茨海默病是以老年斑和神经元纤维缠结为主要病理特征的神经退行性疾病。秀丽隐杆线虫作为一种良好的模式生物，具有神经系统简单、遗传背景清晰、生长周期短、表型容易观察等优点，越来越多地应用于阿尔茨海默病的研究中。具体综述阿尔茨海默病发病机理假说，秀丽隐杆线虫作为AD动物模型特点，秀丽隐杆线虫AD模型研究进展，线虫AD模型应用于AD治疗及病理研究进展。
