4,6-二正丁氧基-1,3-二苯磺酸喹啉-8-酯的合成及其对Sn2+和Bi3+的识别作用

         

摘要

4 ,6-Bis-( n-butoxy )benzene-1 ,3-disuIfonic acid diquinoIin-8-yI ester compound( 2 )was syn-thesized using 4,6-bis-(n-butoxy)benzene-1,3-disuIfonyI dichIorides and 8-hydroxyquinoIine as the start-ing materiaIs,triethyIamine as the acid binding agent,and acetone as the soIvent. The recognition of 4,6-bis-(n-butoxy)benzene-1,3-disuIfonic acid diquinoIin-8-yI ester for Ca2+,Pb2+and some transition metaI ions were studied. The resuIts showed that the absorption peak of compound(2)at 265 nm and it has some recognition capabiIities for Sn2+,and because of the synergy infIuence of the Sn2+and Bi3+,if Bi3+ soIu-tion is added into compound(2)and Sn2+system,the strong absorption peak at 324 nm comes into being in UV spectroscopy,this showed that compound(2)has the better recognition abiIities for Bi3+than Sn2+.%以4,6-二正丁氧基-1,3-苯二磺酰氯和8-羟基喹啉为原料,三乙胺作缚酸剂,丙酮作溶剂,合成了4,6-二正丁氧基-1,3-二苯磺酸喹啉-8-酯(化合物2),研究了产物对Ca2+、Pb2+及部分过渡金属等20种金属离子的识别。结果表明,产物的DMF溶液的最大紫外吸收峰在265 nm处,其对Sn2+显示出一定的选择性,由于Sn2+和Bi3+协同作用的影响,在化合物2-Sn2+的体系中加入Bi3+,紫外吸收光谱在324 nm左右形成强烈吸收峰,这说明对Bi3+显示出优于Sn2+的较好选择性。
