二元小分子醇/盐双水相体系中磺胺嘧啶的分配行为

         

摘要

Based on the aqueous two-phase system, a new method of using ethanol and n-propanol with ammonium sulfate binary aqueous two-phase system for extracting of sulfadiazine was set up. The influence factors on partition behaviors of sulfadiazine were studied, including the species and concentration of salts,the pH value,and standing time. The results showed that the binary aqueous two-phase system can be used to study the distribution of sulfonamides antibiotics. When the system was 1 :1 for the volume ratio of ethanol to n-propanol, ( NH4)2SO4 concentration of 40% ,the pH value was 4. 0 ~5.0,temperature was 25 ℃, standing time was 10h, the partition coefficient of oxytetracycline hydrochloride ( OTC ) was 33.49,and extraction rate was 96. 97% .%在双水相体系研究的基础上,建立了乙醇与正丙醇和硫酸铵形成的二元小分子醇/盐双水相体系萃取磺胺嘧啶的新方法,考察了盐种类和浓度、pH值以及静置时间对磺胺嘧啶分配行为的影响.结果表明,二元小分子醇/盐双水相体系可用于磺胺类抗生素分配行为的研究,体系组成为乙醇与正丙醇体积比例为1∶1,硫酸铵浓度为40%,pH值在4.0~5.0,温度25℃,静置10h,磺胺嘧啶在该二元双水相体系中的分配系数达33.49,萃取率达96.97%.
