文章基于对北京市海淀区三山五园地区单位空间布局的研究，并对该区域的建筑性质、建筑风貌、容积率、建筑密度、建筑高度、建筑色彩等6因子进行现状调查，总结现状问题，得出结论。继而，分析出单位空间对绿道体系规划中的遗产保护等的重要影响，以期为后期的研究和发展奠定基础。%Based on study of the Beijing haidian district three mountains five gardens Danwei space layout , we have a survey on architectural nature, architectural scene, plot ratio, architecture of density , building height, building colour, and summarizes the existing problems, drawing the conclusion.Then we analysis Danwei space effect heritage protection in the planning of greenway system, in order to lay the foundation for later research and development.
