大跨度钢结构原位拼装焊接热影响监控研究

         

摘要

Cangzhou Swimming Center adopts steel structure roof and the welding heat of truss bearing forces has obvious influence on quality and safety of steel structure. Therefore, main monitoring is made on the heat influence scope of suspended rod under primary truss during welding process between secondary truss circular tube and primary truss and the heat influence on forces borne by primary truss. It is proved that welding is dangerous after forces are applied on truss, so welding of components bearing forces shall give full consideration to the bearing capacity of structure, there should not be too many welding points and relevant protective measures shall be adopted.%沧州市游泳馆上空屋盖采用钢结构,桁架受力情况下的焊接热影响等因素对钢结构的质量和安全影响较大.因此,主要监测次桁架圆管与主桁架在焊接过程中主桁架下悬杆的热影响范围,计算热量对主桁架受力的影响,得出结论:在桁架受力之后再进行焊接作业是较危险的,因此在构件受力情况下的焊接作业要充分考虑结构的承载力,不宜多处焊接,并应采取相应的保护措施.
