工具式铝合金支撑板带在早拆模板体系中的研究与应用

         

摘要

During construction of main concrete structure, saving time in floor formwork dismantlement could accelerate turnover of materials and equipment and reduce investment in floor formwork and support tools. Implementary aluminium alloy supporting slab with reliable supporting performance, independent erection and convenient dismantlement could reduce investment in materials and tools, and save construction cost, because all formwork supporting tools other than the supporting slab could be dismantled 3~4 days after floor slab concrete pouring when the concrete strength reached more than 50% of the design strength.%在混凝土主体结构施工中, 缩短楼板拆模时间可加速料具的周转, 减少楼板模板及支撑等料具的投入.通过设置一种支撑可靠、独立搭设并装拆方便的工具式铝合金支撑板带, 可在楼板混凝土浇筑3~4 d后, 混凝土强度达到设计强度等级的50%以上时, 即可拆除支撑板带以外的所有模板支撑等料具, 达到节省料具投入、降低施工费用的目的.
