近年来, 装配式建筑在我国越来越受关注, 作为技术与管理等多维度交叉的研究领域, 与其相关的研究内容层次大为不同.然而以往研究并没有对该领域的研究内容及其演化态势、相互关系进行系统分析.故以2008-2017年间我国的装配式建筑领域486篇相关文献为对象, 采用文献计量和共词分析法, 梳理分析其研究现状, 归纳其研究热点与主题.结果表明我国各界非常关注装配式建筑与我国国情结合发展.然而高水准文献基本发表于2008-2014年间, 且核心作者的学术贡献率不是很高.研究主题主要分为:装配式建筑结构体系研究;行业、产业、政策角度的研究;可持续建设相关的研究;全寿命周期管理相关研究;装配式建筑各方面的性能的研究五大类.%Prefabricated construction buildings (PCBs) in China, more and more attention in recent years, as a research field of multi-dimensional intersection of technology and management and so on, the level of research focus related to PCBs is different. However, the previous research did not analyze the research content and research tendency of PCBs systematically. Based on 486 paper of PCBs from2008 to 2017 in China as the object, by apply bibliometrics method and co-word analysis method, analyzes the research status, summing up the research aims of PCBs. The results shows that all walks of life are very concerned about development of PCBs combined with the national. However, highlevel literature was published from 2008 to 2014, the core author's academic contribution rate is not high. There are five research topics of PCBs: structure system research, industry and policy prespective, sustainability research, life-cycle management research, study on all aspects property.
