在既有建筑物中,沉降不均匀导致橡胶止水带拉裂和多种原因造成防水层被破坏导致的渗漏现象比较常见.对于沉降缝处的渗漏,常规的注浆及堵漏技术难以彻底解决这个问题.从中国古建技术中得到启发,以钠基膨润土为主要原料,掺以其他材料,研制出一种改性泥浆,在工程堵漏应用中成功解决了沉降缝渗漏问题,取得了很好的效果,可做进一步推广.%Water leakage is a common problem among existing buildings due to rubber sealing belt crack caused by uneven settlement and damage of waterproof layer caused by various reasons.Traditional slurry filling and sealing techniques could not completely solve the leakage at settlement joint. Enlightened by Chinese ancient building construction techniques, we mixed sodium bentonite which is used as the main material with other ingredients to produce a modified slurry. This modified slurry successfully solved the settlement joint leakage and is worthy of further promotion.
