我国在绿色建筑发展方面历经"建筑节能""节能省地""四节一环保"等发展阶段.在政策和标准的指导下,绿色建筑迅猛发展.未来的绿色建筑将由单体绿色建筑向单体与绿色生态城区联动,推动绿色建筑规模化发展;绿色建筑由新建建筑扩展至既有建筑绿色改造,进行存量优化;健康建筑成为绿色建筑发展的深层次需求,更加关注人员健康;绿色建筑的研究和实践更加扎实深入,绿色理念的内涵和外延更加丰富宽广.绿色建筑标准将在保障和引导两方面为我国绿色建筑发展发挥重要作用.%Green buildings in China have witnessed three development stages, which are building energy conservation, energy conservation and land saving, four savings and one environmental protection (energy saving, land saving, water saving, material saving and environmental protection). Under the guidance of policies and standards, green buildings have developed rapidly. In the future, green buildings will realize combination between single building and green ecological urban area, which will promote the development of large scale green buildings; the focus of green buildings will turn from new building construction to reconstruction of existing buildings; healthy building will become the deep demand of green buildings development, which will pay more attentions on people's health; researches and practices on green buildings will become more and more sophisticated, and the green building concept will go wider and wider. Standards for green building will play an important role in protecting and guiding green buildings development in China.
