In order to adapt to the trend of economic construction and development in China, building material concrete is developing towards the multi-functional direction of high strength, light quality, energy saving and environmental protection. SFRLC came into being at the historic moment, to reduce the energy consumption of the transition, to meet China's demand for rapid economic growth and the construction industry, it has the advantages of lightweight aggregate concrete and steel fiber reinforced concrete, not only light, environmental protection, and has excellent mechanical properties. Based on the strength grade (LC20, LC30, LC40, LC50, LC60, LC70), the volume fraction of steel fiber (0%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%) as test parameters, to study its influence to the mechanical properties of SFRLC, and the experimental results of the regression analysis, the corresponding mathematical model is established, with some guiding signiifcance for engineering practice and future revision of speciifcation.%为适应我国经济建设发展的潮流,建筑材料混凝土正朝着高强轻质、节能环保等多功能方向发展.钢纤维陶粒混凝土(SFRLC)应运而生,减少了能源的过渡消耗,满足了我国对经济高速增长和建筑行业的需求,其集中了轻骨料混凝土和钢纤维混凝土的优点,不仅轻质、环保,且具有优异的力学性能.以基体强度等级(LC20,LC30,LC40,LC50,LC60,LC70)、钢纤维体积率(0%,1%,1.5%,2%)为试验变化参数,研究其对SFRLC各力学性能的影响规律,并对试验结果进行回归分析,建立了相应的数学模型,对今后的工程实践和规范修订具有一定的指导意义.
