大型复杂工程项目群管理难度日趋复杂,传统项目组织结构管理层次多、信息回路复杂等诸多局限已不适用.研究过程引入集成管理思想,在分析项目群利益相关者的基础上,探讨适应如今高速发展的信息社会集成项目群团队与动态联盟相结合的组织结构模式.该组织结构可简化信息传递流程,减少信息传播时的失真概率,从而加快决策速度,大幅提高项目管理效率.%The management of large and complex program is more and more difficulty.The traditional organizational model with the features as various layers of management hierarchy,complicated information circuit and so on is not suitable.Applying the principle of integrated management,organizational form combining integrated management team and dynamic alliance is discussed in this paper,which can boost the development of modern information society.The organizational structure is not only able to simplify the flow of information transmission,to reduce the probability of distortion of information dissemination and to accelerate decision-making,can greatly improve the efficiency of project management.
