在北方严寒地区,大多数既有建筑建设时间较早,建筑采暖技术较落后,存在建筑热舒适性差,建筑能耗高等问题.围护结构改造技术是改善既有建筑保温性能和节能性能的有效方法,以天津地区既有建筑围护结构改造为例,对外墙、屋面、门窗等围护结构改造技术进行介绍,对于提高建筑的热舒适性、降低建筑能耗效果显著.%In the northern cold regions,most ofthe existing buildings were constructed in an earlier time,the building heating technology is relatively backward,existing some problems such as poor thermal comfort of buildings,high building energy consumption and so on.The envelope renovation technology is an effective method to improve the insulation performance and energy-saving performance of the extent buildings.In this paper,the envelope renovation of extant building in Tianjin is taken as an example to introduce the envelope renovation technology of walls,roof,doors and windows,which is of great significance to improve the thermal comfort and reduce energy consumption of buildings.
