城市综合体是我国现阶段建筑行业的发展热点,具有规模大、投资大、影响大等特点,其工程管理难度和风险控制难度相较一般项目显著增大.BIM技术在城市综合体项目风险控制中具有广大的应用前景,结合具体的综合体建筑工程实例,对BIM技术在综合体项目全寿命周期风险控制中的应用形式进行研究,可为相关企业应用BIM技术进行城市综合体项目风险管理提供参考.%The urban complex is the development hot spot of the construction industry in our country at this stage.It has many characteristics,such as large scale,large investment,big influence and so on,and the difficulty of project management and risk control are significantly increased compared with the general project.BIM technology has wide application prospect in risk control of urban complex project,in this paper,the applications of BIM technology in the whole life cycle risk control of complex construction engineering is researched combined with engineering examples,which provide the theoretical guidance for related enterprises using BIM technology to control the risk of urban complex project.
