北京雁栖湖塔为塔形仿古建筑,八边形平面,地上9层,顶部有金属塔刹,每层均有挑檐逐层收缩,对外脚手架要求较高.采用多排脚手架、有序递缩、正反压栏内挑、双立杆、钢丝绳卸荷等措施,脚手架实现了结构和装修共用,加快了施工进度,满足了工期要求,经济效益和社会效益较好.%Beijing Yanqi Lake Tower is a tower-shaped archaized building,having nine ground floors on an octagonal plan.The building has a metal spire and terraced overhanging eaves on each floor.It has high requirements for external scaffold,so various measures were adopted,such as multi-row scaffold,gradual shrinkage,forward-backward column pressing and internal cantilever,double poles and steel cable unloading,etc.,to share between structural construction and decoration.Construction schedule was shortened and construction requirements were satisfied,realizing favorable economic and social benefit.
