选取夏热冬冷地区典型民居,采用热流计测试法实测与分析其外围护墙体的热阻值,通过对不同形式民居墙体的热工性能进行分析比较,得出传统民居和现代民居因采用不同材料及构造不同的砌筑方式对热工性影响很大,一些自建民居建筑墙体的热工性能不能满足当前节能设计的要求.%This paper used heat-flow meter to measure and analyze the thermal resistance value of external enclosure wall of typical civilian house in region with hot summer and cold winter.Heat engineering performance of wall of different types of civilian house was analyzed and it was found that different materials and masonry structures have big influence on heat engineering performance of traditional and modem civilian houses.The heat engineering performance of the wall of some private civilian house could not satisfy current energy conservation design requirement.
